- Ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial lead engagement to successful deal closure.
I strategically navigate organizations, ensuring that Slack gains recognition among key decision-makers. I initiate, negotiate, and successfully close new contracts and renewals with customers. I actively engage in outbound efforts to establish new relationships for Slack, expanding our reach and influence.
- Strategic Planning: I collaborate with various members of the Accounts team, such as Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership, to craft strategic adoption plans tailored to each customer.
- Building Lasting Relationships: I cultivate enduring relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within the Financial Services Vertical in Australia, positioning Slack as a valuable solution for their organizations. I effectively communicate and facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries, spanning billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical concerns. I play a crucial role in educating customers about the value and benefits of using Slack throughout their adoption journey.
